Refund policy

Our Return Policy
Our shop is a Made-to-Order Shop, which means each order is custom-made for you when you place it.

Because of this, we offer returns or exchanges only in instances where you received the wrong product or a damaged product.

If any of these apply, please return the product within 7 days and send us photos and unboxing videos of the wrong/damaged items at support@theprayaanstore.com, and we’ll sort that out for you.

We will deliver the exchange/replacement item within 7 days of receiving the wrong/damaged item or we will refund the money.

Refunds
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. 

Once we verify the refund request we will credit the refund to original payment method within 6-7 days.

Exchange for a different size/colour
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts — we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at theprayaanstore@gmail.com within 7 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabelled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund!
